How We Use Information

• Deliver, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.

WhatsApp and Third‑Party Services

The Service integrates with WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Message delivery and status events are processed according to WhatsApp’s and Meta’s terms and policies. We only send the minimum data required to deliver messages and receive webhooks from WhatsApp.

Data Retention

We retain conversation data and configuration data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account data at any time from the application (Settings → Danger → Delete my account data).

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve our safeguards.
